Security Deposit:
     The security deposit will be refunded in full, unless there is damage, loss of property or additional necessary cleanup, in which case the cost will be deducted from the deposit.  If the keys are lost,  the cost of re-keying the cabin as well as replacing multiple sets of keys will be deducted from the deposit.

Payment:
     When the dates that you desire have been confirmed by Cheryl as being available, please mail your completed RESERVATION FORM and check made payable to Cheryl Black, P. O. Box 1105, Genoa, NV 89411. Note that we reserve the right to continue actively renting the cabin until a check is received.  Please do not book airfare or make other arrangements until you get confirmation from us that we've received your check. In the case of reservations made two weeks or less before the arrival date, payment must be made by cashier's check, money order or credit card.

Cleaning Service
     A laundry and cleaning service is included for your convenience when you leave.  The service includes:
     *   Vacuuming the carpets and mopping the floors
     *   Cleaning the bathrooms
     *   Laundering the towels and bed linens and remaking the beds
     *  Cleaning the kitchen sink, stove, oven, counters & table
